Camp Daniel Boone

This summer, we will be attending summer camp at Camp Daniel Boone. Camp Daniel Boone is a nationally recognized Scouting America summer camp located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina, just outside of Canton, NC. Known for it’s cooler mountain weather, beautiful scenery, and high quality programs, it offers an exciting and memorable week for Scouts and Leaders alike.

    (Backpacking + wilderness skill)
  • The Moutaineer Program (First-year campers, advancement + camping basics)
  • Long Trail Trek (mountain backpacking experience)
  • Whitewater Rafting opportunities through local outfitters

These programs give Scouts a chance to push their limits and experience high-adventure outdoor skills. 

Camp Facilities & Features

Camp Daniel Boone offers well-maintained facilities and comfortable camping accommodations, including:
